On the morning of February 28, 2025, the atmosphere at Viet Nga International Eye Hospital in Hai Phong was filled with a special spirit. The “Bright Eyes for the Community” program officially took place, offering free eye exams to 60 policy beneficiaries in Vinh Niem Ward. This meaningful event continues the hospital’s long-standing tradition of community outreach.
