Dr. Bui Thi Thu Huong, a Specialist Level II in Ophthalmology, is one of the most experienced eye care professionals at Vietnam–Russia Eye Hospital. She graduated and completed her Specialist Level II program in Ophthalmology at Hanoi Medical University, equipping her with a solid academic background and comprehensive training in the field.

She is also highly skilled in performing modern cataract surgeries.
